WWWWD (What Would Wonder Woman Do)?

Wearing brazen outfits in your daily life is easy with Cobalt blue.
Unleash your inner super hero. Kick some trash.

My husband and I are obsessed with super hero movies. My favorite female super hero is Wonder Woman hands down. It's probably just me being slightly (okay super) geeky but I oftentimes think about what Wonder Woman would wear in everyday life to tackle ordinary tasks.

"I'm not saying I am Wonder Woman... I'm just saying no one has ever seen me and Wonder Woman in the same room."

I'm a big believer that when you look great, you feel great and when you feel great you can accomplish great things. It's really important to feel confident while you go about your day so you will be able to handle any curve ball life throws at you.

You miss the train to work?
Your boss calls you to present?
Someone takes the credit for your idea?
Leave your phone on the roof of the car?
No problem!

I love Cobalt.
It's as bold of a word as it is a color (don't you just feel brazen saying it? Cobalt.) I feel powerful and liberated whenever I wear anything Cobalt blue.

In killer outfits like these, you will be ready for anything. And remember,

"In a world full of mere mortals you are a Wonder Woman."

What to Pack this Memorial Day Weekend

Learn how to mix and match pieces to create looks that are distinct & polished while leaving room in your suitcase for the important things-- souvenirs!

So you've locked down your plans, you've stocked up your cooler and you've gathered some friends... now it's time to pack some adorable outfits for your incredible three day weekend!

Don't you just love the tranquil hue of mint green?

I absolutely loathe packing necklaces, they always get tangled together. I usually wear one on the plane and pack one in my bag. I try to incorporate sparkle into other aspects of my outfit.
These jade and bronze sandals add the perfect amount of shimmer, don't you think?

Whenever I visit California in the Spring, my go-to outfit is a sweater paired with shorts. Especially if I'm traveling along the coastline as the weather can be quite bipolar! Although I'd love to bring my entire room with me on my vacation (Oh my, wouldn't that be awesome?!?) I do try to pack items that will be easy to mix and match to accommodate all possible weather conditions.

Now for the fun part! Here are the 8 items we will be working with to create 7 distinct and polished looks:

SHORTS: F21 (similar)
PANTS: White House Black Market

SWEATER: Urban Outfitters

CARDIGAN: F21

TUNIC: BB Styled

CLUTCH: Shop Golden Closet

SHOES: Shiekh

JEWELRY: Nordstrom

Mix & Match!

This just goes to show you don't need to pack your entire closet to look glamorous on your next vacation. Have fun and stay safe this Memorial Day weekend!

Welcome to XOXO, Rachelle

Mountain Session: Delicate lace skirt and glitter heels.
Get to know me.

Thank you for visiting my page. I am so excited to be starting this fashion and lifestyle blog. I hope to be an inspiration to women everywhere. I know firsthand how easy it can be to neglect yourself. I don't normally like making New Year resolutions, but this year I felt compelled to do so. My New Year's resolution was to spend a little bit of time and money on myself each week to remind myself that I'm not just a mommy or a wife.

I encourage women everywhere to do the same.

So, who am I?
I am Rachelle.

Maybe it's my New York upbringing but I love neutral colors. Sometimes, I really have to force myself to incorporate color as it's not in my nature to do so. I jump at the chance to dress up... always!
(Much to my husband's dismay)

Fashion is a form of self expression. Don't ask yourself, "What am I going to wear today?" ask yourself, "What do I want to communicate to the world today?"

I  think everyone should appreciate a beautiful statement piece. This J. Crew piece is definitely one to be appreciated! It gives my outfit the perfect amount of sparkle and elegance.
